This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on relentlessrebel.com.

By placing an order with Relentless Rebel Apparel (“Relentless Rebel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms outlined below.


 

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days

Once processed, orders usually ship the next business day

During periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or reduced staffing, processing times may be temporarily extended.

We will always make reasonable efforts to ship your order promptly, but processing times are not guaranteed.

 


 

SHIPPING TIMES

Once shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are typically:

3–10 business days depending on carrier and destination

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates only

We do not control carrier transit times

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors are outside our control

If you have a time-sensitive order or special occasion, please contact us at support@relentlessrebel.com before placing your order to discuss expedited shipping options.


 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting it.

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate modifications; however:

Due to high order volume, changes are not guaranteed

Once an order has shipped, no modifications or cancellations are possible


 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including:

Original shipping

Returns

Exchanges

Replacement shipments

 


 

LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received by the customer.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim:

USPS

UPS

FedEx

Or the applicable shipping provider

Packages Never Delivered (Lost in Transit)

For domestic U.S. orders only:

If a package is confirmed as never delivered by the carrier, we will offer a one-time replacement shipment

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

 

Shipping Protection

If Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout:

We will assess the situation and we may provide a one-time replacement shipment for eligible lost packages

If Shipping Protection was not purchased:

We are not responsible for carrier errors or lost packages

We may, at our discretion, offer a discount on a replacement order

 


 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

Relentless Rebel Apparel is not responsible for packages that are damaged by the carrier.

Please contact the carrier directly to file a damage claim.

 


 

FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address

Incomplete address

Failed delivery attempts

Refused delivery

We will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Please note:

A replacement shipping fee may apply

We are not responsible for additional carrier fees caused by incorrect address information

 


 

USPS AND CARRIER CLAIMS

Relentless Rebel Apparel is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Unclaimed packages

Damaged packages

Missing packages

Undeliverable packages

All carrier claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship all international orders from the United States.

Estimated delivery times are typically:

10–15 business days, depending on destination

Australia and New Zealand may take longer

Please note:

International shipping times are estimates only

We do not control customs processing, carrier delays, or local delivery services

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

Import VAT

Customs duties

Brokerage fees

Any additional charges imposed by their country

These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

If a shipment is held by customs:

The customer must contact customs or the carrier directly

Carriers and customs authorities will not communicate with us on your behalf

Shipping Protection does not apply to:

Customs Delays

Unpaid import duties or taxes

Most international delays occur because:

Import VAT or duties have not been paid

Customs requires an invoice or proof of value

 


 

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to orders placed after the effective date.
