This Privacy Notice for California Residents (“Notice”) supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and customers who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”).
Relentless Rebel Apparel, operated by Relentless Rebel LLC (“Relentless Rebel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), adopts this Notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”).
Any terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

Personal Information does not include:
- Publicly available information from government records
- Deidentified or aggregated consumer information
- Information excluded from the scope of the CCPA/CPRA, including:
- Health or medical information covered by HIPAA or CMIA
- Information subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), or Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA)

We obtain Personal Information from the following categories of sources:

9. RESPONSE TIMING AND FORMAT
We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request.
If additional time is needed, we may extend up to 90 days with notice.
We will provide responses electronically or by mail, at your option.
We do not charge a fee unless a request is excessive or unfounded.
10. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization.
11. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Fulfill the purposes described
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce our agreements
12. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date and post the revised Notice on our website.
