Social Media and Community Manager

We are searching for a dynamic team player with a deep understanding of social media platforms, a creative mind, and a knack for building community. The perfect candidate is someone who lives and breathes the desire for success and motivating others.

 

About the Position

 

As a direct to consumer company, our online presence is often the first point of contact for potential customers. You will be tasked with creating a social media presence that communicates our brand story and values while developing deeper connections with our customers.

 

Here are some tasks you will be expected to do:

 

  • Grow our social media following and increase Relentless Rebel's brand affinity in the community
  • Own monthly social media content calendar to plan posts and stories

 

  • Source content from freelancers and industry professionals
  • Start our affiliate and ambassador program; set up application process, vet applicants, and monitor.
  • Set up and manage a user generated content pipeline
  • Respond to DMs and comments to foster relationship with our customers
  • Develop and manage content partnerships with like-minded brands
  • Plan and attend occasional community events and capturing content for social media

 

Qualifications

 

  • Demonstrated passion for motivating and helping others
  • 1-3 years of experience with photo / video editing required; photography experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
